Dearest Friend,
I hope these times are not raising up to over power you, but rather to empower you as they have me. I know it's hard in these times not to think that all is lost as it seems that every day the news only brings more new indications that the world has gone mad.
I am drawn to remember the times of our youth when we use to play as kids in the fields by the house, the abandoned house next door and the playground just down the street. I remember well the fun of Winter in the snow as mom would wish we hadn't had that second snow day. Those school buds that we would never forget and the weddings that we all indulged too much at.
I remember the feeling too of getting those first pains in my knees, and the loss of breath, and those daily pains from too many football games that we played in, the rocks we climbed, and all our daredevil ways. I remember the girls and boys we were and the feeling of power we had in youth. Nothing could stop us we were invincible.
I want to share with you that I have found a way to recapture a little of that youth again. Please look at what I found and join me in another picnic, a long walk on the beach , or at the campfire in the old cabin like we use to do. It has changed my life:
